Job Description

We are seeking talented and experienced Java Full-Stack developers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have passion for solving complex problems in the area of distributed computing, high volume transaction processing and large scale system design in a SaaS environment. We are seeking individuals who can handle the challenges and opportunities of developing software that operates at this scale while expanding our functionality to even further the lead that CX Marketing has over the competition. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing and leading the development of software to meet business requirements for our enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  2. Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable applications.

  3. Lead and mentor a team of developers in best practices and coding standards.

  4. Perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.

  5. Optimize performance of applications through efficient design and tuning.

  6. Work with Globally Distributed cross functional teams such as Product Management, Release Management, Architects, User Interface, Operations and QA teams.

  7. Stay current with latest technologies, upgrades, and best practices.

  8. Provide technical guidance and recommendations to stakeholders.

  9. Collaborate with database administrators and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

  10. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

Must Have:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. (Master's degree preferred) from premier institution.

  2. Proven experience in building Enterprise level applications with Java/J2EE, web application development, microservices with at least 10 years of experience.

  3. Strong hands-on experience with Java, Design Patterns, Spring, JDBC and SQL.

  4. Hands-on experience in JavaScript and related frameworks such as ExtJS, ReactJS, AngularJS, jQuery.

  5. Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.

  6. Competence in full life-cycle web software development and on time delivery with high quality.

  7. Excellent communication skills.

  8. Disciplined programming including Object Oriented, unit testing and code organization.

  9. Ability to quickly learn and develop expertise in highly complex existing applications and architectures.

  10. Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, as it relates to application development and infrastructure.

  11. Experience designing/implementing high performance Web services using REST.

  12. Experience with high volume distributed application development in a multitenant SaaS environment.

  13. Experience in product development Company with Agile methodology for at least 3 years.

Good to Have:

  1. Experience on OCI, Dockers, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure or Google cloud is a plus.

  2. Working experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) to build enterprise applications is a plus.
