Job Description

Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle Cerner platform team, will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an ambitious spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. What People Know:

  • Strong Technical and Technology expertise in C++/VC++/C# with .Net Framework and SQL queries

  • Strong technical knowledge of STL, MFC, and STL container classes (vector, map, stack, set etc.)

  • Expertise and deeper knowledge of Object Oriented Design principles/SOLID principles, Design Patterns

  • Hands-on experience in Windows Messaging fundamentals, process and threads, MFC container classes (CArray, CMap, CList etc.)

  • Good knowledge of DLLs, types of DLL linkage, ways to export functions from a DLL(dll,lib, tlb)

  • Good knowledge of MFC framework (SDI/MDI/Dialog based)

  • Dialog-based apps (Modal/Modeless)

  • Good knowledge of Menu/Toolbar/Controls/Owner draw controls development

  • Good knowledge of GDI, GDI Objects, Owner Draw controls

  • Good knowledge of COM architecture.

  • Good Knowledge of File handling API/Classes (CFile, CStdioFile etc.)

  • Good knowledge of Dependency Walker, sysinternals, Debugview, SPy++,WinDbg, Klockwork /HP fortify tool.

  • Share knowledge outside team through mentorship, coaching, technical talks, and blogs

  • Passionate about solving crashes, performance, and other Client issues.

  • Openness to learn and work on multiple technologies

What People Have Done :

  • Preferably Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related stream from Tier 1 institute or IITs/NITs/BIT

  • At least 6-10 years of development experience in Windows-based 64-bit applications.

  • Hands-on experience in Architecting and solving multiple complex business problems.

  • Experience with agile software development methodologies

As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.
