Oracle Software Developer 4 in BENGALURU, India

Job Description

The candidate will work with the skilled, highly motivated Oracle Analytics Service Excellence (OASE) team who embrace an agile work style. You will work alongside a software development team within the greater Oracle Analytics organization where you will design, develop, troubleshoot, debug OASE tools and automate processes.

This role is to develop and implement an internal project based on Oracle Cloud CX (https://www.oracle.com/cx/platform/) . The candidate will use their experience and expertise in the CX suite to implement tooling and reporting to support the Oracle Analytics organization and its stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build data models, and presentation assets based on gathering user stories, and use cases. The recommended solutions are scalable, reliable, and performant.

  • Work across OASE teams to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and build consensus to drive architectural changes.

  • Specify, design and implement changes to existing architecture to meet changing needs.

  • Lead by example, setting a clear culture of teamwork, high expectations, success, and customer focus.

  • Develop senior-level customer & partner relationships as required.

  • Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of software engineering.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in software architecture and development practices.

  • Provide technical leadership to others on the team.

The candidate must have knowledge and experience with:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

  • 6-10 + Years of experience in software development, data modelling, & service implementation. With demonstrated experience using JavaScript, and Groovy.

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience Certification with a focus on CX Platform, Customer Data Management and Fusion Service.

  • 3+ Years of working experience with Oracle CX implementation, data integration and support.

  • Understanding of sales cycles and reporting to support data models, dashboard design and standard industry reporting practices.

  • Analyzing Oracle Cloud CX / CRM requirements and use cases to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Demonstrated ability in designing software systems involving one or more design principles.

  • Strong interpersonal skills involving business stakeholders with an ability to think on your feet.

  • Demonstrated ability in driving technology evangelism in software and cloud technologies.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
