We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to join our Product Management team to drive the success of our LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) business. This role will contribute to all aspects of our marketing platform and will have specific focus on leading our Ad Traffic Quality product. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and launching products to ensure a high quality bar for ad traffic on and off platform to ensure best experience for LinkedIn members and value to our advertisers.

This role will collaborate closely with engineering and other cross-functional teams to build a suite of products and features using leading edge machine learning and big data technologies, that help our customers succeed in their marketing objectives while ensuring best experience for our members.

Responsibilities :

  • Create and articulate a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product areas. Get alignment from cross-functional team members and executives for you vision and strategy.

  • Drive product requirements, product roadmap and product design of new features and enhancements by synthesizing needs from interactions with advertisers, LinkedIn members, sales, operation, legal, and engineering teams.

  • Define product metrics, objectives, and key results to help guide, prioritize, and measure the success of the strategy, product initiatives, and releases for the LMS business.

  • Clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product operation, legal, and product design to build, release, and promote new features.

Basic Qualifications :

  • BE/B.Tech degree in a technology-related field

  • 7+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent role

Preferred Qualifications :

  • MS degree in a technology-related field

  • Keen understanding of mobile, social, advertising ecosystem and how ad quality could influence LinkedIn member experience and b2b advertiser ROI.

  • Experience building web products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch

  • Communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace.

  • Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams. Comfortable with working with geographically distributed teams.

  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strong understanding of the most recent trends around consumer web usage including experience with social media

  • Experience working with leading ML technologies.
