Nvidia Senior CPU Design Engineer in Bengaluru, India

We are now looking for a CPU Design Engineer.

Today, NVIDIA’s SOCs simulate human intelligence, running deep learning algorithms and acting as the brain of super-computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and highly motivated senior design engineer to work on the design and implementation of a complex design unit that is an integral part of its CPUs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design and implementation of modules.

  • Make architectural trade-offs based on features, performance requirements and system limitations

  • Come up with micro-architecture, implement in RTL, and deliver a fully verified, synthesis/timing clean design

  • Support silicon validation

  • Work with architects, other designers, pre- and post-silicon verification teams, synthesis, timing and back-end teams to accomplish your tasks

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS in electrical engineering or computer engineering or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience working on ASIC development

  • Experience in micro-architecture and RTL development of high-performance CPU designs

  • Good understanding of ASIC design flow including RTL design, verification, logic synthesis, prototyping, DFT, timing analysis, floorplanning, ECO, bring-up & lab debug

  • Experience in working on complex designs

  • Experience in low-power design techniques
