Program Manager, IHS Marketing.

I Have Space (IHS) is an India Innovation program leveraging small retailers (store owners) to deliver packages on behalf of Amazon. IHS handles >35% of the network share of IN. The IHS Program Team in IN focuses on long term commercial viability, Store lifecycle management, Product development, Compliance, Network expansion and Ensuring flex through IHS network.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual with experience in Marketing and program management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding stores by developing and implementing effective communication strategies, managing brand initiatives, and leveraging marketing tools to optimize IHS Program marketing campaigns. As a key member of our program team, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and store onboarding.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote IHS website for store on-boarding and brand image across various channels (e.g. digital, social media, traditional media).

• Oversee the creation and implementation of compelling marketing campaigns and content that resonate with target audience and drive store onboarding and retention.

• Utilize marketing tools to optimize campaign performance, streamline workflows, and enhance lead generation and nurturing processes.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall store onboarding objectives and ensure seamless integration of messaging and branding.

• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using key metrics and analytics tools to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on marketing KPIs.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in communication, branding, and marketing automation, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance our marketing efforts for store onboarding.

• Collaborate with WW stakeholders on communication, lead generation and brand performance

Basic qualifications

• 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

• 2+ years of working with creative teams, content managers and marketers to bring brand promise to life experience

• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data interpretation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Preferred qualifications

• 2+ years of segmentation and developing customer profiles experience

• 2+ years of supporting quantitative and qualitative consumer research experience

• Experience of B2B marketing in offline/online platform
