Job Profile This role is to join the Global Access Management team within Technology Risk. Part of this group's responsibilities is to ensure the principle of Least Privilege is followed within the Firm's systems to avoid over-entitlement. Specifically, this role will be to drive the reduction of user access to sensitive data through enhancements to reporting accuracy and removing cases of over-entitlement through engagement with application development and support teams. The candidate must be detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast paced, rapidly changing, global team environment. This is a great opportunity within the field of IT Security with focus on business and system entitlement management. Job Responsibilities: - Provide Technology leadership to the Agile development team - Deliver high quality technical solutions to global stakeholders in an Agile environment - Take ownership of critical problems as he/she works through the full project lifecycle from analysis, design to successful timely delivery of the solution - Remove technical and process related blockers by applying Agile principles to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the team - Communicate and endorse adherence to development and quality standards and monitors adherence on an on-going basis - Report timely and accurate development related information to relevant parties, as required - As a developer, design and develop GUI and core web service layer with high performance and scalability. - Accountable for high quality code, unit test, component test and CI/CD pipeline. - Monitor and involve in maintenance and support of the production environment.

Required Skills: - Experience in leading teams technically, working with stakeholders - Solid experience on large scale web-based application development. - Strong 4-6 years experience on Java, Spring, Angular (or equivalent framework) - Test-Driven Development (TDD) using JUnit (or equivalent). - Experience with software design patterns, performance / memory analysis, and n-tier service-oriented architecture. - The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can execute tactically, be a self-starter, with the ability to multi-task, thrive in a fast-paced team environment and be able to proactively anticipate, identify, and resolve problems. - Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills required. - Should be familiar with database: DB2/Sybase or Oracle and relevant tools

Skills Desired: - Familiar with script languages, like Perl or Python - Familiar with Unix/Linux environment Test

Qualifications/Criterion - Bachelor-s Degree or Masters degree or equivalent work experience in an area relevant to this position
