We offer joint operations and digitalization services for Global Business Services and work closely alongside the entire Shared Services organization. We make optimal use of the possibilities of new technologies such as Business Process Management (BPM) and Robotics as enablers for efficient and effective implementations.

We are looking for Lead Software Developer

• Develop web applications to support the business needs in an agile environment

• Participation in the entire software development process (specification, design, implementation, testing, bugfixes) according to Scrum methodology

• Be the technical SME to solve criticla business problem

• Support in requirements gathering and business process engineering

• You will orchestrate the close collaboration of internal and external service providers to ensure service quality

• Be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued

You’d describe yourself as:

• You have an educational background as Software Engineer or similar, combined with a thorough knowledge of web programming

• 8-10 years of work experience with the Java 8+ (JEE preferential)

• 6-8 years of work experience with the Angular

• Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS3

• Good experience of working with CI/CD pipelines with Gitlab for automated deployments

• Flexibility to work with people in different time zones, e.g. Europe

• Understanding of Agile processes

• Fluency in English

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-driven
