AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of IT Developer II – Angular Developer.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Angular Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a Storefront web application built with Hybris Spartacus and Angular, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, responsive, and performant user interfaces. Your expertise in Angular, and front-end development will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and functionality of our web applications.

Your Impact

Angular Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular framework, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

  • Create reusable Angular components and modules to improve development efficiency and maintainability.

  • Ensure that web applications are compatible with various browsers and devices.

  • Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to transform wireframes and mockups into responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.

  • Integrate with backend APIs and services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and other challenges as they arise.

Version Control and Release Management:

  • Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage codebase and collaborate with team members effectively.

  • Coordinate and oversee the deployments and release process.

Code Quality and Optimization:

  • Conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and testing to identify and fix defects and issues.

  • Optimize the performance of web applications to ensure fast load times and smooth user experiences.

Collaboration and Documentation:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and QA engineers, to deliver complete solutions.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including project documentation.

Stay Current

  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Angular and front-end development to suggest improvements and optimizations.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Overall 4-8years of experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience as an Angular Developer with a strong portfolio of past projects.

  • Proficiency in Angular (Angular 2 and above), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

  • Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

  • Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
