Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience working in a search firm or corporate environment focused on executive level hiring.

  • Experience consulting and managing executive level clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to initiate action and accomplish goals across a wide range of teams and projects.

  • Ability to communicate in discussions and written documents and deliver regular updates and feedback.

  • Ability to learn about new markets and run a thorough recruiting process, including leadership applicant research, outreach, engagement, evaluation and presentation.

  • Ability to recruit applicants in the technology or cloud industry, and engage with executive applicants and stakeholders.

  • Excellent consultative skills and domain expertise to build productive partnerships with internal leaders.

  • Excellent people and client-service skills.

As a recruiter your role includes understanding external trends in the talent market, engaging talent for Google opportunities, actively managing the client throughout the process, expertly assessing and evaluating talent for roles in Google, and leading discussions through to close.
