Seeking a highly motivated individual to work as the primary technical lead and administrator of the Microsoft Purview environment at a leading Bio Pharmaceuticals.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Director of ERP and HCM Product Delivery (Global Capability Center), you will grow an organization crafted to build the platform and systems that enable product and sustainment teams to scale and achieve process excellence. Success will require partnering with key customers to ensure our systems and practices support Regeneron's overall Business Strategy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the ERP & HCM Global capability lead, partner, collaborate, and develop positive relationships with leaders to understand business needs supporting the digital strategy, corporate objectives, and significant functional objectives.

  • Work with the PMO to Run demand and drive the execution of a portfolio of globalization-related projects through effective prioritization, planning, vendor management, and oversight.

  • As a liaison to the Global Product management teams in Finance and HR, partner cross-functionally across HR and Finance verticals to ensure systems integrate and operate as designed and intended to support global process execution to provide the best collaborator and customer experience.

  • Apply standard processes for defining business capabilities, understanding core requirements, and handling vendors for implementation and ongoing support.

  • Interact with the product management teams to ensure and maintain the Application, Integration, and Data architectures for the Finance and HR ecosystem.

  • Responsible for delivering from the global capability center and leading the delivery of solutions in partnership with the Global delivery leader.

  • Implement integrated and automated processes that drive efficiency; establish and sustain knowledge continuity through appropriate levels of documentation, cross-training, and vendor management.

  • Align with Product Management and Product delivery to define and deliver a roadmap from the global capability center.

  • Collaborate with solution integrators and external consultants on technology projects by reviewing and guiding project artifacts, helping coordinate meetings with subject matter authorities, and testing new functionality.

  • Define and Implement process improvement initiatives to enable operational efficiency.

  • Transitioning current and all new technology solutions to the various shared services and/or product teams.

  • Mentor internal direct reports, the Sustainability team, and 3rd party led service providers to develop and institute policies and procedures associated with application design and standards, testing process including working to implement Change Control/Release policies to support the Change Control process with robust rollback procedures.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field; MBA or similar certification is a plus

  • 15+ plus years of dynamically growing responsibility in IT applications with a minimum of 10 years partnering and working with delivery IT product and technical solutions in HR and Finance functions on the implementation of new business capabilities enabled by IT (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Acquire to Retire), Financial Planning and Forecasting/budgeting Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Management Etc

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial and HR business processes with several years of experience with multiple best-in-class solutions like Oracle EBS, Workday and related platforms.

  • Proven record of handling all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level

  • Strategy and planning: an ability to think and plan over a 12–36-month time span.

  • Grit, can-do demeanor. Ability and willingness to roll up sleeves as needed to ensure group success.

  • Experience in Global rollout, M&A, ERP Integration GL and consolidation, organisational change, and influencing across sophisticated areas such as process design, system tradeoffs, scaling programs through company life stages, etc.

  • Proven track record of influencing, leading, and facilitating initiatives with multiple senior customers.

  • Experience identifying risk items and raising accordingly.

  • Routinely makes decisions in the gray (needs direction and some details)

  • Routinely influences without authority across multiple fields.

  • Growth mindset, sense of curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and the highest standards for accuracy and precision

  • Strong planning, project management, and vendor leadership skills

  • A highly organized, detailed oriented individual who can multi-task and achieve results via partnership and using consultative approaches.

  • Experience handling IT portfolios and budgets is required.

  • Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions
