Job Description

To better serve our customers and compete effectively, Intel is creating a nimbler and more scalable approach to Sales and Marketing leveraging digital technology. If you're interested in playing an important role in this digital transformation, this could be the role for you.

Intel uses Sales CRM as the platform for managing our relationship and interactions with our customers and potential customers. Increasingly, we are integrating our key Sales business processes, information and sales content onto CRM. As such, CRM and transformed business process design that leverages it are key elements of Intel's Digital agenda.

We have a need for a CRM Business Analyst and Project Manager in the Sales Excellence CRM and Analytics team to drive key projects within the Sales Excellence portfolio. The role requires a mixture of business analysis and project management skills, together with a knowledge of sales processes and information systems.

This role works across the complete spectrum of business process design, system implementation and change management for value extraction. You will:

  • Co-ordinate Sales and Marketing (SMG) groups to align on common business processes, data structures and operating practices

  • Lead RAD Consultative decision making across stakeholder groups

  • Work with project teams across SMG to successfully land on CRM with the appropriate links to enterprise business processes, data structures and operating practices

  • Work with stakeholders across SMG to define to-be business processes. It is key here to incorporate external best practice to take a transforming approach to business process improvement

  • Drive appropriate decision-making to ensure the projects stay healthy through their life cycles

  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships

  • Provide business expertise to the IT delivery team

  • Facilitate discussion and provide leadership to find solutions that optimize outcomes for Intel as a whole. It is key to look beyond stated requirements to the generic business need so we can identify the simplest and most reusable solutions

  • Develop use cases, test cases and test scenarios

  • When required, plan and co-ordinate projects, including user acceptance testing

  • Plan for realization of benefits through transition change management. In this capacity, you may develop training plans and material and partner with Transition and Change Management experts to train users and support the transition to the new way of working.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems or related discipline

  • 5 years relevant experience. Relevant experience includes:

  • Sales processes within a large enterprise.

  • Customer Relationship Management processes, especially in Sales areas.

  • Experience with a leading CRM platform deployed at scale

  • Business Analysis

  • System design and implementation, with an emphasis on large-enterprise business process improvement, requirements capture, and quality assurance.

  • You do not need to have programming experience as that function is performed by IT

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
