Job Description

Customer relationships are the heart of growing our business. We are ambassadors at the customer site both to build the right relationship and trust from the customers and to deliver high quality projects, services and advices. Our skills and capabilities are Consulting’s most meaningful asset.

You will be leading Project execution and will be in direct contact with our Customers. You will be supervising project progress and updating management of both Oracle and Customer teams.

You would call out delays, if any, take appropriate measures, propose revised plans and also increase revenue from the accounts that you manage.

You would lead a team of skilled resources both in technology and banking domain and guide them to successful execution of project. You would review project from time to time with quality assurance and audit teams.

Primary Skills

  • Project, People management and financial management of assigned Project

  • Should have thorough Proven experience in FCUBS (Or Equivalent) Core, CURRENT AND SAVINGS ACCOUNTS, Teller, Deposit, INTEREST AND CHARGES, Payment, Lending and corporate Modules. Wider knowledge about Corporate Banking and Treasury will be desirable.

  • Ability to interact and connect with client Business / IT Teams independently. Ability to engage CXO and senior management from both Oracle and Client side.

  • Analyze solution approaches, estimations, standard methodologies, project risks and recommendations.

  • Lead technical team members in Development or Implementation or Managed Service activity.

  • Excellent analytical, presentation and communications skills

  • Excellent knowledge of banking terminologies, concepts and processes

  • Good communication & documentation skills in English

  • Analyze solution approaches, estimations, standard methodologies, project risks and recommendations.

  • Good Team handling skills

  • Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project achievements and maintaining momentum of the project

  • Use a mix of global resources within a matrix environment

  • Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks

  • Quickly assesses customer needs, develops innovative plans to solve complex business workflow.

Secondary Skills

  • Knowledge of FCUBS version 14.x modules like OBPM, OBLM, OBVAM functionality.

  • Exposure to software development processes and practices, Testing tools

  • Awareness of latest in Banking

  • Exposure to software development processes and practices, Testing tools

  • Awareness of latest in Banking

  • Functional knowledge of banking systems.

  • Good Problem solving skills

  • Awareness on Islamic modules is an added advantage
