Intel Cloud Software Development Engineer in Test in Bengaluru, India

Job Description

Designs, develops, validates, and debugs software to enable Intel hardware features and to optimize for cloud, hybridcloud, and/or onprem deployment models. Understands partner software stacks and optimizes full stack software (spanning firmware, drivers, OS, middleware, SDKs, frameworks, algorithms, and applications) as required to enable cloud software. May include the development of reference cloud platform software and improving or enabling customer designs to obtain the greatest value from Intel products within the cloud. May specialize in specific technology domains including data services (ingestion, database, analytics), AI/ML, and opensource development projects.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in CS or Masters in CS with 8+ years of experience

  • Development of test framework for validating cloud based services

  • Experience in Kubernetes/container based application/service validations

  • Experience in validation, test frameworks such as (ex: Test NG, Selenium, RobotFramework), Python, Java

  • Experience in developing testing tools, Jenkins automated executions

  • Experience in troubleshooting issues in feature code and test code

  • Experience in enabling the automated testing by implementing and maintaining CI and CD pipelines

  • Experience working in functional and non-functional validation (cloud software)

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
