Job Description

High Lakes Health Careis seeking an Advanced Practice Provider interested in a TEMPORARY assignment with the High Lakes Health-care Upper Mill team. While serving in this temporary role, the Advanced Practice Provider will primarily focus on covering preventative care visits.

    Bend offers the very best in year-round outdoor life and recreation, and is a favorite vacation destination for many. Mt. Bachelor, 20 minutes from downtown Bend, is the premiere destination ski resort in the state of Oregon, with numerous cross country trails and snow mobile parks.

  • Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

  • 1-2+ years of Family Medicine experience
