POSITION SUMMARY: Civil Designer/Engineer in Training (EIT) for our Bend, OR office. We are seeking an individual who will work well within a small team environment, respond effectively to multiple deadlines, and produce great work. The candidate will be highly attentive to detail, has the organization and skill to work independently under the guidance of a Project Manager, and is an agile and communicative team member. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support work associated with design of site development and public infrastructure projects, technical calculations, estimates and reports. * Including, but not limited to, design assistance for roads, grading, drainage, sewer, water, storm water, erosion control and franchise utilities. * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering. * Engineer In Training (EIT) or Registered Professional Engineer in Oregon; licenses in other states a plus. * 2-5 years in related work experience * Solid understanding of civil design and construction standards. * Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. * Proficient ability to communicate both verbally and written. * Team player with the ability to work independently. * Attention to detail.
