Job Logistics:

Location : In Office Bend, Oregon

Length: 3-month Contract to Hire

Compliance Requirements: Willing to submit to a Drug Test; Background Check

Job Description:

This person will assist with the monthly closing of the GL for the properties, following the schedule and rules they have in place. This is on an accrual basis and not a cash basis. Additionally, you will be performing Reconciliation of Bank Statements, Calculating Fees and Writing Checks.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Reconciliation

  • Accrual

  • General Ledger

  • Month end process

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • Some invoices experience

  • ADP experience

  • Payroll experience

  • Experience with Yardi preferred but not required

  • Experience with credit card payments

Compensation is tied to the Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington. Other locations may be subject to variances based on location-related factors.
