What you'll do: Directly supervise classroom staff: Provide coaching, observation, and constructive feedback. Coordinate support services: Ensure children and families receive the resources they need to thrive. Build family partnerships: Encourage active participation in the Head Start program. Monitor classrooms and services: Ensure adherence to performance standards and licensing regulations. Lead team meetings: Collaborate with staff, family advocates, and support personnel.
