Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Co-Op.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $20.00- $25.00.

Position Overview
In this role, you will develop your technical and analytical skills in supply chain management through materials planning experience for one of our product value streams. You will receive cross-functional exposure, hands on manufacturing experience, and learn from leaders in our facility across supply chain, engineering, and operations. Potential assignments in this role include:
Production Planning
Inventory Management
Demand Planning
Supply Chain Analytics
Cost Improvement Project Management
Continuous Improvement / Lean Management
Our co-op assignments provide you with great exposure to the Beltsville, MD facility and would prepare you for a potential opportunity to join in a supply chain, operations, or engineering role within Eaton upon graduation.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program at an accredited institution.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Relocation is not provided for this role, the candidate must be located within 50 miles of Beltsville, MD.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
This position requires the use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Preferred Qualifications:
Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or engineering at an accredited institution
Experience in manufacturing
Experience with Continuous Improvement projects
Proficiency in Power BI is a plus.
Experience in Supply Chain or Materials Management
Skills:
Position Criteria:
Knowledge of planning and scheduling (directs materials replenishment process).
Knowledge of manufacturing and production, forecasting and inventory management procedures.
Effective communication, analytical and PC skills with the ability to problem solve quickly and effectively.
Self-motivated and possessing a drive for results.
