About the role

Kerry Inc. seeks Supply Chain Manager at its facility located at 3400 Millington Road, Beloit, WI 53511.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the supply chain function. Serve as the supply chain manager for nine (9) sites in the U.S. Support volume delivery of 154 million grain gallons, capacity growth of over 20% and other strategic projects for the business with annual revenue over 100 million. Responsible for overseeing and developing the supply chain strategy and implementation for the companys group. Responsible for day-to-day management of the direct supply chain team and the indirect supply chain teams based as our nine sites in the US. Responsible for supply planning, demand management, inventory management, people management, strategic projects, sap upskilling, process development and implementation along with capacity planning. Develop and lead the supply chain team on delivering a feasible supply plan to meet customer expectations, while managing a set of supply chain KPIs. Develop and integrate all recommended planning process to the standardized expected way of working. Manage the various aspects of supply chain activities and agreed supply chain KPIs and drive process improvement to best practice and ensure the delivery of value-add service to the business. Work across the team to manage demand and supply planning, logistics, raw material strategy and transport. Manage the direct reports within the extended team both in a day-day context and from talent management viewpoint. Involve in the end-to-end inventory management and stock control. Manage and develop the Kerry S&OP framework. Collaborate with the functional leads and plant managers to ensure improved communication. Identify opportunities to reduce cost and manage the sites monthly supply review. Exercise discretion over the day-to-day operations of the supply chain function. Responsible for KPI setting for team members, development, and implementation of supply chain strategy, contributing to overall strategy for the organization. Approve budgets, develop strategies and policies.

Qualifications and skills

This position requires a Bachelors, degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, ICT, Finance or a related field plus, three (3) years of experience in SAP Implementation, Supply Chain, Procurement, ICT, Finance or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Utilizing SAP and similar process to manage worksite plants; (2) Project Management ad hoc projects; (3) Supply and Scenario Planning to assist with planning production and capacity requirements; (4) Demand Planning and Forecasting to plan accurate forecasting and source raw materials from suppliers; (5) Inventory forecasting to reduce inventory; (6) Capacity Planning to perform a risk assessment and have an accurate understanding of capacity; and (7) Logistics and transport planning to ensure timely and correct shipment of products. Travel: 15% international travel and 30% domestic travel required for worksite visits. Telecommuting: Permitted, up to 2 days a week.
