Together, we won't stop! As a member of the Device and Supply Chain team this role leads the device allocation decisions. This role creates device allocation plans based a highly volatile mix of inputs. Resulting in constantly evolving parameters such as regularly updated demand requirements from different TMO lines of business, supply updates from our OEM partners and key end of month and quarter business priorities. Leading and partnering with key customers thru highly visible NPI activities as well as the constant day to day lifecycle mgmt. to ensure Estimated Shipment Dates are appropriately assigned to customer orders to maintain customer experience. This position will use cost-benefit and return on investment analysis to support decision making in which channel/customer will be prioritized in the allocation process. This role will communicate and influence allocation plans/ideas at the director and VP level. Responsibilities: Strategize and then implement the most optimal allocation of constrained devices to various sales channels based on constantly evolving demand/supply components and business priorities while maintaining appropriate levels of inventory Analyze allocation planning processes and policies and inspire changes and enhancements to key SAP (Backorder Rescheduling, Delivery Due, ATP Checking, IDOO) or business processes to meet evolving business needs Lead the BO and ESD management processes to ensure customer Estimated Shipping Dates are hit or updated proactively when supply challenges arise to maintain a good customer experience Conduct competitive analysis of other carrier device supply plans to understand and drive improvements to TMO supply plan Establishes and maintains business relationships with cross-functional teams to assure on-time delivery, communication on backorder and resolution of picking, shipping and capacity issues Present modeling scenarios results to supply chain leadership, channel leadership, customer's buying team and store replenishment planning team to gain consensus on proposed changes Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed. Qualifications: 4 - 6 years of supply chain experience 2 - 3 years of experience planning and forecasting Working knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning process Authoritative knowledge in CRM and DRP methodologies and supply chain management with ability to train and coach teammates and across the organization Experience in implementing supply chain systems and process (CPFR, VMI, ERP, APS) Demonstrate experience in writing SQL queries Demonstrate ability to originate and lead cross functional projects Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain management or related field Desired Qualifications: Supply chain experience in the wireless industry Working knowledge of SAP ECC and APO Demand and Fulfillment Professional certification (CPF, CPP, CPSM, CSCP, CSCM, CSCA, CPM) 4 years of experience in at least 2 planning disciplines (Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Replenishment Planning, Supplier Management) 2 years of experience implementing and leading CPFR or VMI programs #LI-Corporate * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):No DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Washington Pay Range : $93,000.00 - $125
