As a member of the handset and accessories supply chain planning team, this role is responsible for the planning or fulfillment of assigned products in the Plan-to-Delivery forward logistics process. Working closely with Demand Planning and Inventory Planning and Procurement, the planner will lead the process of developing and communicating an integrated store replenishment plan for assigned customers, products and OEM that supports the company's financial and customer service objectives. Responsibilities 30% - Manages Collaborative Planning & Replenishment process for stores 20% - Test soundness of replenishment plan assumption based on history, review projected store inventory and mitigate inventory failure or excess positions 15% - Partner with Demand Planning, Channel Managers and Inventory Planning and Procurement to Integrate New Product Introduction safety stock plan into DC inventory plan 10% - Identify and model alternate supply network and store assortment strategy to improve service levels and inventory investment performance 10% - Model store assortment, develop inventory / service strategy and jointly review store service level and replenishment strategies with retail store leadership, customer's buying team and store replenishment planning team 5% - Establishes and maintains business relationships with Channel Managers or Customer's buying Team, Logistics and Allocation Planning to assure on-time delivery and communication on backorder status 5% - Root-cause process failures and implement process improvements 5% - Also responsible to lead & support Projects as assigned by business. Qualifications: MINIMUM REQUIRED: 2-3 years of supply chain experience Working knowledge in DRP methodologies and supply chain management with ability to train across the organization Experience in implementing supply chain systems and process improvement (CPFR, VMI, ERP, APS) Demonstrate ability/ willingness to originate and lead cross functional projects Ability to develop strategies and process innovation to achieve business goals Basic SQL knowledge Ability to connect and influence business partners (peers + 2 levels) across functional organization Advanced Excel modeling experience required DESIRED: Supply chain experience in the wireless industry Working knowledge of SAP ECC , SAP APO Planning Or Oracle Retail Fulfillment modules Working knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning process Professional certification (CSCP, CPIM, CPF, CPP, CPSM, CSCP, CSCA,CPM) , Six Sigma 2 years of experience in at least 2 planning disciplines (Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Replenishment Planning, Supplier Management) Experience implementing and running CPFR or VMI programs Education Required: Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Business or related field #LI-Corporate * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):No DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Washington Pay Range : $79,700.00 - $107,800.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed.
