This job requires that you be a self-starter with the ability to
deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. Someone
having strong application development, writing, collaboration, and
communication skills. The focus will be on creating, maintaining, and
improving our Salesforce applications that enable our customer
success. Additionally, thrive in an environment that is highly
collaborative in nature across various functional and department
You must possess good oral and written communication skills and be
able to interact with other team members to deliver fast with quality.

Experience with Test-Driven Development
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
Experience with front-end web UI debugging (Chrome dev console)
Knowledge and/or experience with Salesforce Lightning platform(Lightning/Aura components)
Deep understanding of web standards & technologies (ex. HTTP, REST and JSON).
Responsible for engineering, designing, implementing and testingSalesforce solutions—including writing specifications, design/layout,coding, agile team principles and leadership
Working with stakeholders to help refine requirements and develop tothose requirements
Taking impactful features from idea to implementation
Champion best practices and guide and influence team on leveragingsuch practices.
Communicate status, risks to schedules, and offer mitigationstrategies to ensure on-time delivery of all committed projects acrossthe delivery teams
Brainstorm and prototype new concepts and approaches fast, turningprototypes into real things.
Work with product manager to meet the demands of our customers, whileat the same time continuing to innovate far beyond the competition.
Build strong relationships across the business, that may be leveragedto product better products and solutions. Be a team player in a highlycollaborative environment.
CS degree with 6 years experience as a software engineer3 years experience developing on the Salesforce platform & APIs.
Ambitious, driven, and talented individual who wants to work as part of a collaborative engineering team.
Experience with Test Driven Development
Able to design and write well-structured, easily maintainable,well-documented code that balances beauty and pragmatism.
Expert knowledge of Object Oriented (OO) design patterns such as MVC.
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery toolslike Jenkins, and Perforce/GIT.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Experience with automation, test strategy and passion for quality.
Passionate about web development and up to date with the latestdevelopments in your field.
Experience working in Extreme Programming working environments with Test Driven Development and Mob Programming
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience working at-scale by reusing components and code to push apps out fast
