In addition, successful job candidates will be able to provide advice and counsel to network leadership and their teams. What you'll do in your role. Monitor and interpret evolving federal requirements related to wireless infrastructure and deployment, including rules and regulations implemented by the FCC, FAA, etc. and communicate updates to internal partners. Analyze, interpret, and comment on federal, state, and local rules and regulations to determine their application to T-Mobile's network deployment plans and policies. Advise on external governance trends, rules and regulations related to telecommunications industry and wireless infrastructure. Build and maintain positive relationships with government agencies, industry associations, and external partners to influence regulatory policies and advocate for T-Mobile's interests. Build and present training materials and conduct training sessions for T-Mobile attorneys, network development teams and vendors to establish best practices to drive consistency and efficiency across functions and regions. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements relevant to wireless infrastructure and deployment. Think like the "Uncarrier" in the context of all that you do for T-Mobile, with a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach to all matters.
