Together, we won't stop! The Sr Business Intelligence Manager with a focus on product analysis is responsible for guiding the business through the analysis of quantitative & qualitative data. This role requires the creation of customer-centric solutions/approaches driven by data analysis, eye for business, creativity, and effective communication. This position will lead the design and development of reporting structures and interfaces, as well as administration of standardized reports to be used multi-functionally. Presents all business insights and findings in succinct and creative ways using data visualizations for a broad audience, including all levels of leadership, technology, business and finance. The data analytics team plays a pivotal role in empowering our product teams to make informed decisions through data-driven insights. We specialize in building robust analytical solutions that drive the success of key valuable services, including scam protection, enhanced device and activation experiences, premium subscription offerings, and more. This role is located in Bellevue, WA and requires a minimum of three days a week in office. Job Responsibilities: Support the analytic needs of the business by using data from various sources (eg , Snowflake, Azure, & on-prem sources). Guide data strategy across multiple touch points (e.g. POS tool, surveys, market research). Create well-rounded dashboards from different data sources for presentations to senior management. Lead the process of driving core insights from available data and create strategies to improve the customer experience & performance. This will include collaborating with product managers for A/B testing & multivariate testing. Early involvement in enterprise projects to define reporting needs & incorporating those needs into the system design Provide analysis for sales representative, supervisor, call center, partner, & financial performance Present analysis & strategies to senior management in verbal & written forms. Conduct competitive analysis to inform offers & processes Education: Bachelor's Degree Business, Statistics or similar degree Work Experience: 4+ years Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g.Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion, etc.). 4+ years Experience in reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau; PowerBI) 4-7 years Experience in sophisticated analytics, which include SQL/ETL of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: SQL Advanced technical skills (DataViz; SQL; automation; report/metric design; algorithms/modeling) PowerBI Expertise in building holistic dashboards from different data sources Intermediate analytical, problem solving and critical reasoning skills (Required) Intermediate skills in communication/consulting, influencing and relationship management Intermediate familiarity with project leadership, coaching and mentoring Intermediate functional knowledge (Telecom, Supply Chain, Network Technology, procurement) * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States #LI-Corporate Washington Pay Range : $129,500.00 - $175,200.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed.
