The SD Eng Mgr position is integral to the success of Solution Development team responsible for leading a team that generates creative concepts, minizines risk, and delivers a firm price proposals. This role is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our concepts are executable, risk is identified, and standard process are being followed. Role Description and Expected Actions: Responsible for a portfolio of business, functional manager, or manager of vertical market. Typically leads a team of up to 20 employees Assigns and plans resources for Solution Requests Monitors and balances workload of assigned team Participates in planning, requesting, and justifying staffing changes Participate in customer meetings as needed Supports execution of annual business plan Supports achievement of Quarter
