The Sr Business Operations Manager - a member of the Business Operations & Program Management Team in the SVP of Postpaid Base's organization - will play a crucial role in enabling and directing the strategic path of our Retention Strategy and Programs. This role will support critical retention strategies that drive systematic improvements in the customer experience from inception to launch - fostering internal partnerships across teams and building strong relationships with senior leaders / key partners along the way. This role brings a tactical mentality and drives accountability and alignment on key priorities. This role requires a high degree of business acumen, analytics, discretion, tenacity, and strong program management skills. Postpaid Base Management is a new department tasked with the stewardship of some of our most critical company metrics - for those like solving big challenges, it is truly an incredible part of the organization to be in! Job Responsibilities: Works closely with various leaders and teams across the enterprise to ensure successful execution of strategic projects and achievement of Base Management critical metrics. Owns the intersection of our comprehensive Base Management approach and the Retention Strategy & Programs to drive from insights to action. Delivers on special and/or ad hoc projects related to the organization's strategic priorities, collaborating with business teams across Base Management. Maintains and drives Retention Strategy rhythm of the business and maintenance of retention metric-related executive reporting. Facilitates' collaboration with partner teams (Consumer, Finance, Network, etc) when it comes to inputs and outputs from regular planning cycles as well as special projects as required. Uses strong analytical skills to effectively frame complex problems, deliver critical business insights and data-driven recommendations to guide strategic and operational decisions impacting retention initiative roadmap. Act as an internal data SME, comfortably working with datasets and partnering with our Business Intelligence & Analytics team to answer business questions and create executive-level presentations showcasing complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner. Drive initiative progress in a matrixed environment through collaboration, creativity, and effective communication. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree plus 5-10 years progressive experience and responsibility in corporate strategy, strategic planning, strategic operations, process design, or other strategic roles; Master's degree a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively internally, upward and cross functionally. Can articulate visions, strategics, ideas, proposals clearly and concisely. Advanced quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making. Demonstrated ability to lead financial elements, including budgets. Ability to measure, evaluate and act on financial and operational results. Strong organizational skills at the Executive level.
