Insight Global SAFe Agile Coach in Bellevue, Washington

Job Description

Our enterprise level IT organization oversees all the development and delivery for internal tools used by the enterprise. One of our company's largest technology initiatives is an agile transformation that is going to require a large upgrade to our existing systems and an implementation of new tools, systems, and capabilities. This Agile Coach/PM will train executives on Agile methodology and provide guidance through the implementation process to ensure best practices; however, because major transformation initiatives are happening across this company, this Agile Coach/PM will need to be incredibly adaptive and flexible to understand these unique situations and adjust accordingly. This Coach will provide a hands-on guidance and support, and act as a trusted advisor to teams and leaders across the organization. They will also partner with the Enterprise Level coaches to ensure the entire Office of Agility is aligned on best practices and help keep the team organized. This candidate will also take part in bi-weekly meetings with the Enterprise's leadership to update them on Office of Agility's progress and pain points.

Skills and Requirements

  • 8+ years as an Agile Coach

  • Experience as a lead team level, program level, and enterprise level coach.

  • Experience coaching at an executive level -- VPs and Directors

  • Solid knowledge of Agile management and virtual collaboration tools. (e.g. Jira and Jira Align).

  • Certified SAFe Program Consultant. -- SPC6 null
