Primary Responsibilities

  • Production of all components required for service including Italian meringue buttercream, fruit compotes, citrus curds, chocolate ganache, and different sauces

  • Plating of menu items which could include piping, texturing, painting, working with edible gold leaf and stencils

  • Customize dishes per dietary restrictions or per request from customers

  • Dishes and kitchen cleaning as required before, during, and after service

  • Maintain tidiness of workstations and follow all health and safety requirements

    Job Details

  • 30-40 hours per week

  • Starting rate: $19+/hour, DOE, plus commission on sales

  • Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits (must maintain minimum of 30 hours per week)

  • Paid parking/Orca card

  • Position start date: Immediately
