What you'll do in your role. Serve as lead attorney providing legal advice to multiple sophisticated business units about offers and promotions, product and service launches, signature campaigns, and consumer-facing materials. Serve as trusted advisor for several specialty areas such as consumer protection, pricing, endorsements & testimonials, and industry requirements. Advise senior leaders on a broad range of strategic legal and business matters, assessing legal risk and short-term tradeoffs in the context of broader strategic imperatives. Excellent and succinct written and oral communication skills A demonstrated ability to collaborate with other legal and business professionals in a complex organization
