Description and Requirements

About the Role: * Work with customer stakeholder to design and implement machine learning methods per requirement. Maintain clear understanding of strategic goals, business challenges and customer needs.

Your Team: * Large hybrid team of about 40 people. Cutting edge niche technology. Niche business domain risk and and compliance

What You Will Do: Data Analysis and Modeling: * Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze complex datasets. * Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, and optimization. * Perform feature engineering and selection to improve model performance. * Conduct thorough evaluations of model performance and interpret results. GenAI Expertise: * Design and develop algorithms inspired by principles of genetics and evolution for problem-solving. * Implement genetic algorithms, genetic programming, and other evolutionary computation techniques to optimize solutions. * Tune and evolve algorithms to adapt to changing environments or objectives. Algorithm Development: * Develop custom algorithms tailored to specific business needs or research objectives. * Research and experiment with cutting-edge techniques in data science and artificial intelligence, including advancements in GenAI. Data Preprocessing and Cleaning: * Clean, preprocess, and normalize data for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity. * Handle missing data and outliers effectively to improve model robustness. Model Deployment and Integration: * Deploy machine learning models into production environments. * Integrate models into existing software systems or platforms. * Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless integration and scalability.

What You Need: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or related field. * 10 years of experience in building data science, machine learning solutions using Python, Scala, Spark DataBricks, SQL or similar. * Experience in text GenAI and LLM. * Deep understanding of probability, statistics, machine learning, anomalies/outliers' detection, data correlation/feature analysis, machine learning models. * Strong fundamentals in problem solving, algorithm design, and model building. * Excellent Code writing capability in Python and familiarity with relevant ML packages.

What is Nice to Have: * Master's or PhD in Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or related field.
