Position Summary

 

Under the supervision of the Dean of the School of Business & Technology Division, under general direction of the Dean, and in collaboration with the Assistant Dean/Program Chair(s), the Program Manager organizes and provides supportive management functions for Associate degrees and Bachelor of Applied Science degrees in accordance with divisional and program guidelines. The Program Manager provides information and academic advising services to both current and prospective students, and assists in creating a seamless pathway for students in Associate programs to enter into the BAS degree through an equity centered approach.

 

Essential duties include tracking program data and finances, student recruitment and retention, community outreach, program marketing, and website maintenance. This position is also responsible for making operational recommendations and providing support for the Program Chair(s), faculty and students to achieve success in an environment that upholds diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

 

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule

 

Position Salary Range: $73,539/year - $106,632/year

 

The salary information shown above is a general guideline only. The salary will be determined based on candidate's qualifications and related experience, as well as market and business considerations. Typically, new hire starts no higher than $81,812/year based on Bellevue College Exempt salary schedule.

The employee is scheduled to work 40 hours per workweek. This position is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, which means that you are not eligible for overtime pay.
