TEKsystems (HR) Business Systems Analyst in Bellevue, Washington

HR Business Systems Analyst / 100% Remote / (6 Month Contract)

Top Required Skills

  • Experience working with large enterprise wireless companies (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.)

  • Business Systems Analysis (requirements gathering, user story creation, UAT, scrum/sprint/agile methodology) working with dev teams and ensuring the business requirements are translated into strong technical and functional requirements.

  • HR Domain experience is very important as these resources will understand how these systems help the business groups/customers and how the requirements are translated from one group to another.

  • Vendor management, stakeholder management, scheduling and communicating with the project management. This is a program, so there are many moving pieces/many projects going on at the same time. This will require someone to be able to work autonomously, however if they need support, they need to be proactive in order to not have issues bottleneck other, adjacent, work streams.

  • Scrum and Agile experience are must haves.

Job Description

  • The company's HR Digital Portfolio is experiencing some growth across a number of programs.

  • Looking to standardize and make consistent the service they provide their business customers.

  • This BSA will work with the Platform Product Owners to ensure the proper solutions are being delivered to their customers.

  • This is primarily driven by the need to support down stream business units via their technology stack and systems.

  • Mainly the company is integrating more across their enterprise HR systems and would like to develop a team to help with smaller projects related to those systems.

  • The BSA will be responsible for a number of smaller projects to ensure the business is getting what they need in terms of enhancements, functionality, etc. on a smaller scale.

  • These will not be large deliverables, so therefore they will be involved in multiple concurrently.

  • This effort is to increase consistency with what the HR PMO delivers to their customers.

  • Scrum experience is a must have.

  • We're looking for people who are more mid-level, with 3-5 years of experience, high acumen, ability to be self-sufficient, and make an impact.

  • The company internal customers are constantly making adjustments to their systems and features/functionality.

  • This person will be directly engaged in those deliverables which will ensure the systems function properly, resulting in more efficiency gained from these products.

  • This will ultimately ensure the company is saving money over time by not having to respond to faulty functionality within their enterprise HR systems.
