Find out why we are a great place to work! Currently, we have openings in our Bellevue Location for Full-time Café Baristas Lead for our 2pm - 8:30pm shift. Our Cafe serves coffee, shakes, grab and go salads and sandwiches, bakery items, and other snacks. Bring your “A" Customer Service game every day to provide “Moments of Magic” for our guests!You will become knowledgeable about our Cafe offerings to provide excellent guest service, take orders, handling all orders accurately, operate cash register system, making espresso, smoothies and shakes, assisting guests with special requests and working as a team member. Shift schedule: Monday - Friday 2pm-8:30pm

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • We are looking for someone with previous barista experience and preferably coming from a leadership role.

  • You pay attention to the details and love being busy, proactively looking for ways to help your peers and provide an amazing experience for our guests.

  • Able to multi-task and prioritize duties while maintaining a professional demeanor with guests, fellow cast members, and spa management.

  • Thinking on your feet, you handle challenges like a PRO with a strong sense of urgency for resolution and improvement.

  • Your positive attitude shines through and you consistently demonstrate a strong oral and written communication skills with all guests and cast members in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
