Together, we won't stop! As our Corporate Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for visitors and customers at our T-Mobile office. You are attentive and provide a signature and professional welcome and ensure the visitor is taken care of efficiently through badging and handoff to their T-Mobile point of contact. Responsibilities: Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, monitors visitor access and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. Act as the point of reference for visitors who need assistance or information. Creates visitor badge and follows all onsite protocols for visitor access. Manages visitor tracking log and completes daily/weekly reporting. Supports visitor, employee or callers queries about the campus, amenities and services Schedules meeting rooms (large event rooms) for the campus or site. Provides a customer first approach responding in a timely manner and ensures quality service. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Up to 2 years receptionist/customer service experience. Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills along with polite and professional etiquette Positive, update attitude Reliable, punctual, excellent organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):No DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Washington Pay Range : $19.22 - $26.01 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
