T-Mobile's Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain (FP&SC) team is undergoing a large-scale finance transformation journey: reinventing and modernizing the way we work and do business! We are seeking a seasoned financial communications professional to build and execute on communications strategies in support of this transformation. Preferred candidates will have demonstrated experience in change management, financial storytelling and demonstrated expertise in large-scale system implementations, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system integrations and/or Shared Service Network transformations. As a key member of the Change Management team, you will be instrumental in translating complex change narratives into clear, compelling messages across various channels, including executive and program communications. In this critical role, you will be expected to devise, lead, and execute strategic communications in line with our organizational and project objectives. You will leverage your system implementations knowledge to facilitate smooth and successful implementations, articulating new business processes as needed. The right person for this role is highly detail-oriented, has strong program management skills and is excited to take the pen and write the story of transformation for the FP&SC team at T-Mobile! Executive Communications: Build and deliver internal change management communications in support to the Transformation Leadership team, enterprise team and executive steering committee; crafting and delivering impactful communications around our ERP implementation. Support executive communication requests, including delivering team meeting materials, written executive communications, and other critical deliverables as they relate to the ERP. Manage and maintain stakeholder analysis and mapping; understand the impacts of transformation to our end users. Program and Internal Communications: Manage cohesive program storytelling initiatives for the transformation team. Support Portfolio communications by orchestrating group collaboration across key program stakeholders and overseeing the core strategy, ensuring comprehensive representation of all relevant aspects. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and insights, transforming them into coherent and compelling narratives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations or related field required. 4-7 years experience in developing and executing communication plans in an agency or corporate environment required. Experience in developing and leading communications strategy for dynamic organizations that have experienced significant change (eg change in response to market conditions, regulatory environment, competition, etc) preferred. Proven financial communications and/or change management experience (including ERP implementations and/or Shared Service Network transformations). Proven experience with executive and program communications in support of a finance or transformational context.
