Requisition Summary
The Capital Budget Administrator reports directly to the Director of Manufacturing and Capital Budget. In this role, you will lead the corporate-wide administration of all aspects of the capital budgeting process and perform special projects as required in support of executive management.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Reviews, analyzes, and provides summary consolidation of:
Preliminary capital budget (June – August)
Final capital budget (October – December)
All discretionary and CEO capital budget requests
Capital budget coordination for "Corporate" entity
Provides training in the capital budget system for corporate employees.
Coordinates the capital budget submittal and reporting "Corporate" entity.
Control and approval of approved capital requests for rolling stock, tooling, and corporate-controlled accounts for all divisions.
Manages the daily processing of the capital budget system and updates the capital budget and compliance systems.
Special projects and production system support as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Knowledge of engineering, finance and operations including working knowledge and / or graduate-level instruction of industrial and manufacturing engineering, information systems and capital budgeting.
Interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of management.
Project management and computer skills, including programming.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to speak English fluently.
Bachelor’s Degree in Financial, Engineering, IT or related field required.

Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
