Job Summary: As a District Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of our team members while delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your role involves collaboration with local agencies and communities to promote positive relationships and environmental responsibility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support and guidance to our drivers, prioritizing safety, service excellence, and cost-efficiency.

  • Champion safety compliance, conducting thorough investigations and offering continuous coaching for improvement.

  • Lead by example in personnel management, focusing on selection, coaching, and development to empower our team members.

  • Collaborate with senior management to set achievable goals and action plans for the district's success.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience: 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, with a focus on safety, customer service, or financial management.

  • Certificates/Licenses: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
