The Warehouse Operator will perform a variety of functions to ensure efficient flow of work and accurate control of product inventory in the packaging and handling of bulk resins in the Raw Materials Warehouse. Specific job duties include: Packing and labeling bulk resins and vendor supplied itemsUsing calibrated balances weigh proper quantities of resin or other items into packaging containers according to SOP/MPSLabel and attach appropriate instructions/directions to containers/boxesReceive and stock materials from production and receiving in the Raw Material warehouseInspect for proper materials and quantities receivedAssure that materials are properly identified and placed in designated storage locationsGather and distribute raw, intermediate, and other stock items according to shop packets and material pick listFill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials according to information on the requestDistribute materials to appropriate areas in a timely mannerMaintain high inventory accuracy levelsAssist with transaction entry and monitoring of editsPerform cycle counts and edit reportsAddress and find solutions for inventory inaccuraciesAny other duties assigned by management
