We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at our Bellefonte location. This role primarily involves reception duties, with additional responsibilities including light bookkeeping tasks when not assisting clients directly. As the initial point of contact, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our clients' experiences. Your main responsibilities will include promptly answering and directing phone calls, warmly welcoming walk-ins, and providing essential support to our management and team members. Skills Required
