Ridgeview Medical Center Lab Assistant Clinic in Belle Plaine, Minnesota

Purpose of Job This position is responsible for performing a variety of laboratory procedures in accordance with Ridgeview Medical Center philosophy, policies and procedures and in accordance with all regulatory agencies. Also, responsible for performing lab front desk customer service. Job Functions Collects proper specimen using a variety of techniques but not limited to venipuncture according to procedure and processes, tests, and reports specimen results. Performs lab front desk customer service. Assists with the training and orientation of new staff. Performs other duties as assigned.
