Your Role

We are looking for an end-user support operator to join our Visibility Solutions Support team. Your field of action will apply to xLOG application support that KN Road Logistics Department has already enrolled across Europe. Acting as a face to our internal and external customers, you will support them in day-to-day operations by assuring the stability of the solution. You will prioritize requests and solve them accordingly and proactively seek the improvement of the solution.

Your Responsibilities

  • Providefirst-level end-user support for our digital solutions.

  • Proactively track system activity and solve issuesbefore they arise in daily operations.

  • Monitorsystem performance, process obstacles, and describe demands to our productowners and IT development teams for improvement.

  • Seek for the improvementpossibilities and share them with the Product Owner and dev team.

  • Managesystem setups enabling rollouts to new users.

  • Train new operators remotely on process and systemfeatures.

  • Ensure the quality of the solution by participating inthe description and execution of test cases.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Fluency inEnglish and and German is mandatory.

  • Experience incustomer service/customer excellence/IT applications support or related areasand an understanding of Road Transportation/Logistics is an advantage.

  • Experiencewith JIRA, JSD and internal KN systems (Roadlog, Macadam, ESB, Jupiter) is anadvantage.

  • Affinity tolearn complex applications and workflows and confident handling of MS Officeapplications

  • Interpersonalskills and excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)plus the drive to get things done.

  • Independentwork, creativity, and a structured way of working with the ability to payattention to detail.

  • Aspiration tosolve problems before they occur.

  • Commitment, initiative, motivation, and curiosity
