Kuehne+Nagel HR Business Partner in Belgrade, Serbia

Your Role

You will act as a HR Business Partner for assigned Business + Functional Units providing quality HR advice, coaching and support to all managers to ensure the business's strategic and operational objectives are met including, but not limited to, general HR matters, labor law/relations, HR projects implementation and roll out. Additionally, you will act as Project Manager for identified HR Projects as and when required and ensure full implementation in cooperation with the relevant HR specialist.

Your Responsibilities

To support and advise in all HR related matters, including but not limited to:

  • All aspects of the employee life cycle in the dedicated BUs/FUs (Recruitment + Selection, employment, performance management, talent management, communication, exiting etc)

  • Liaising with People + Organization Development Team for implementation of learning + development interventions including supporting the delivery of specific training when required

  • Supporting managers to address any performance management or disciplinary issues in accordance with KN guidelines, local regulations and labor law requirements. Lead disciplinary procedures against employees.

  • Monitor the quality of the performance management process, support managers in performance management process, works on implementing the required learning & development activities, perform specific training and gives guidance to identified talents.

  • Developing + implementing initiatives that will support a Smart Lean approach across dedicated BUs / FUs.

  • Actions all administration in relation to subsidies or other legal requirements. Monitors and advises on the quality delivery of HR administration.

  • Ensuring that all HR information systems are fully utilized and maintained.

  • Supporting the annual salary increment + Bonus allocation, as well as daily pay for performance implementation.

  • Focus on pro-active talent sourcing and talent networking. Participate in selection process of key and critical roles.

  • Monitor quality of the recruitment & selection.

  • Monitor, identify issues and propose appropriate actions in regards to employee engagement & retention/attrition.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or related field (Master's degree).

  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HRbusiness partnering.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws,and regulations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencingskills.

  • Ability to think strategically and translate business needsinto HR initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effectiverelationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
