Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Achats « Field Service »,

Vous serez en charge d’un portefeuille de sous-traitance de travaux de maintenance dans le domaine de l'énergie nucléaire, tant en phase offre comme en réalisation de projet.

Vous serez garant du respect du processus achats (sourcing, sélection et évaluation des sous-traitants, négociation, contractualisation etc…) avec une recherche continue de compétitivité et une prise en compte des spécificités liées à la sous-traitance : aspects légaux, contractuels, gestion des litiges, urgences etc…

Vous développerez par ailleurs la stratégie associée à votre portefeuille et les contrats-cadres avec les sous-traitants stratégiques.

Under the responsibility of the “Field Service” Purchasing Manager,

You will be in charge of a portfolio of subcontracting maintenance work for nuclear power plants equipment, both during the tender phase and during project execution.

You will ensure compliance with the purchasing process (sourcing, selection and evaluation of subcontractors, negotiation, contracting, etc.) with a continuous search for competitiveness and taking into account the specificities related to subcontracting: legal aspects, contractual aspects, dispute management, emergencies, etc

.

You will also develop the strategy associated with your portfolio and framework contracts with strategic subcontractors.

Principales missions

  • Effectuer les achats dont vous avez la responsabilité

  • Piloter les achats sur le portefeuille confié

  • Lancer les consultations auprès de fournisseurs qualifiés, tant en phase offre que de réalisation des affaires, négocier les dossiers et en gérer les litiges.

  • Sélectionner les fournisseurs proposant des solutions répondant au mieux aux exigences en matière de qualité, coût, et délai du projet et contractualiser.

  • Organiser les réunions de lancement et les bilans des affaires sous-traitées, avec les équipes opérationnelles concernées ainsi que les sous-traitants.

  • Gérer son panel de sous-traitants (sourcing, qualifications, suivi QHSE, plans d’actions etc…)

  • Mettre en place des actions de partenariats avec les sous-traitants clés.

  • Contribuer au développement du service Achats

  • Participer à l’élaboration et faire appliquer la politique Achats de l’entité

  • Participer aux actions transverses Secteur

  • Manage purchases from the portfolio under your care

  • Launch requests for quotation with qualified suppliers, both during the tender phase and at the project execution stage, negotiate the purchases and manage disputes.

  • Select suppliers offering solutions that best meet the requirements in terms of quality, cost, and project deadline and elaborate the contract.

  • Organize kick-off meetings and reviews of subcontracted activities, with the operational teams concerned as well as subcontractors.

  • Manage its panel of subcontractors (sourcing, qualifications, QHSE monitoring, action plans, etc.)

  • Implement partnership actions with key subcontractors.

  • Contribute to the development of the Purchasing department

  • Participate in the development and follow the entity's Procurement policy

  • Participate in cross-sector action
