Responsible for the performance of general clerical duties, including typing, filing and answering telephone. Accepts rental payments, issues receipts, and insure accuracy, safety and proper disposition of payments received.

-Acts as receptionist and answers telephone. -Maintains tenant records. Operates office machines and equipment. -Types correspondence and forms relating to the business and prepares correspondence for mailing. Handles and distributes mail. -Maintains proper records of destroyed files. -Accepts rental payments, issues receipts, responsible for accuracy of cash drawer and insures proper accountability of payments received. -Handles all correspondence and forms relating to eviction proceedings. -Responsible for cooperating with, and maintaining a good working relationship with all employees. -Maintains criminal activity and other reports. -Inpust applicant data into computer. -Request verification information on applicants and maintain up to date information on applicant files. -Responsible for keeping records on criminal background checks and records on destroyed files. -Answer inquiries, schedule appointments and handles functions related to front desk. -Performs all other duties as required. Must possess a Mississippi Driver License. -Routinely required to talk, hear, sit , walk, and stand. Will be occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. -Must be able to occasionally lift up to thirty (30) pounds. -Completed 60 hours of college work with an Associate Degree or High School Diploma and three years experience in office management. Computer literate in Windows operating system and Microsoft Office and Excel.
