A defense and space manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join their team. The primary job functions in this role include reviewing resumes, screening calls with prospective candidates, scheduling interviews and follow-ups, making recommendations on next steps, discussing compensation, and providing general support to the VP of HR. Must have prior experience in recruitment and technical savviness in ADP Workforce Now.

Requirements • Must have a strong understanding and experience with ADP Workforce Now

• Proficient in Applicant Track System for efficient management of candidate data

• Ability to conduct thorough background checks and applicant screening

• Experience in corporate recruiting and ability to handle high-volume recruitment

• Proficient in using CRM software to manage client relationships and interactions

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient communication

• Ability to conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide constructive feedback

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and team members

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets

• Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best recruitment practices.
