Description and Requirements
小天产品运营（AI智能体）
岗位职责：
负责联想AI智能体小天的整体产品运营工作，制定运营策略及落地执行；
跟随产品“前期分析-方案-设计-研发-数据验证-策略优化-产品迭代”的全周期，对产品体验以及用户规模负责；
通过数据分析/用户需求调研等方式挖掘用户痛点和场景需求，为产品迭代提供方向参考；
数据监控和分析，包括用户行为数据、内容生成数据和日常产品数据等，提供数据分析报告，为产品和业务提供数据支持和决策建议；
通过AI智能体实现互联网软件产品矩阵用户规模的增长，根据市场、数据以及用户反馈进行策略的调整；
职位要求:
1、本科及以上学历，互联网行业产品（工具类产品优先）端到端运营经验，或AI智能领域相关工作经验优先。
2、具备敏锐的市场洞察力和较强的用户体感，关注产品细节，能够准确把握市场趋势变化捕捉用户用户需求。
3、出色的沟通和协调能力以及项目管理能力，能够带领运营团队与跨部门团队有效合作并推动业务发展。
4、具备较强的数据分析能力和执行力，具备良好的数据驱动意识。
5、对大语言模型技术有深入了解，包括大模型基础原理、知道常见LLM模型、了解prompt调优参数等。
