  • 5年以上工业数字化、自动化、电气化销售经验

  • 自动化、电气工程、计算机科学、机械工程及自动化相关专业本科及以上学历

  • 熟悉有色金属和矿山行业,并在相关行业有客户基础

  • 具有有色金属、矿山、化工、制药、钢铁等相关行业背景者优先考虑

  • 善于挖掘和锁定潜在客户

  • 能够根据客户的要求独立完成基本的技术方案

  • 对解决方案类业务熟悉

  • 快速学习和适应能力

  • 能够吃苦,学习和业务的主观能动性强

For our Siemens Digital Industry team, we are looking for a Sales Representative in vertical mining industry to help us drive digital transformation within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

  • Sell and promote Siemens DI products, solutions, and services to customers.

  • Explore and develop customers' aims and needs to identify new business opportunities for Siemens.

  • Keep familiar with Siemens Digital Industry products, systems, solutions, and branch technology.

  • Initiate and motivate suitable activities to achieve agreed targets and goals.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers/clients.

Your defining qualities

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the industry digitalization, automation, and electrification field.

  • Preferred major in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechatronics Integration.

  • Familiarity with the Nonferrous Metals and Mining Branch and existing customer base in related branches is a plus.

  • Background in non-ferrous metals, mining, chemical, pharma, iron steel, or other related branches will be given priority.

  • Strong scouting and targeting skills to identify potential customers.

  • Ability to independently work out basic technical proposals based on customer requirements.

  • Experience in handling both product and solution business.

  • Fast-learning and adaptive capacity to keep up with the evolving industry trends.

  • Endurance and strong subjective initiative in learning and business.

  • Willingness to travel frequently for business trips.
