你将在这些领域发挥影响：

  • 深入理解并优化现有库房运营流程，识别自动化和数字化的机会点。

  • 设计并实施库房管理系统升级计划，包括但不限于库存追踪、订单处理、出入库管理等模块。

  • 分析库房数据，生成报告，为管理层提供决策支持。

  • 与其他部门紧密合作，确保库房运营与公司整体战略目标一致。能利用Python等相关语言开发或定制化现有库存管理系统，提高数据处理效率和准确性。

  • 培训和支持团队成员，提升整个库房团队的数字化应用能力。

你需要具备的品质：

  • 大学本科及以上学历，物流管理、信息技术、计算机科学或相关领域专业。

  • 至少5年库房管理或供应链相关工作经验，熟悉库房操作流程。

  • 对ERP、WMS等库存管理系统有深入理解和实践经验，能根据业务关联提炼优化数字化管理框架。

  • 强大的问题解决能力，良好的数据分析与逻辑思维能力。

  • 良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够在快节奏环境中有效工作。

  • 有一定的Python或其他编程语言，有过实际项目开发经验并了解数据库管理和Web开发技术，有跨部门协作经验者优先考虑。

You’ll make an impact by

  • Being in charge of the IT Operation of the Charging Services SaaS portfolio and IT Systems supporting the charge

  • point operation end-to-end

  • Being responsible for ensuring the services provided meet client requirements, operate sufficiently, and in the

contractually guaranteed SLA`s (Service Level Requirements)

  • Working as an interface between the business, the IT Cloud Services operation teams, Development and DevOps teams

  • Developing concepts for the IT operation and overseeing the execution of these concepts including KPI monitoring

Your defining qualities

  • Successful completion of an IT degree

  • Multi-year experience in Cloud IT Operation

  • Comprehensive experience in the analysis of service business processes and IT-Cloud Services management

  • Experience with working in an agile, virtual team environment

  • Fluency in English, and German is beneficial
