Amazon.com operates in a virtual, global eCommerce environment without boundaries, and operates a diverse set of businesses in 14 countries, including Retail, third party marketplaces, eCommerce platforms, web services for developers. The RBS group in Beijing is an integral part of Amazon online product lifecycle and buying operations. The team is designed to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the online retail space with the best price, wide selection and good product information. The team’s primary role is to create and enhance retail selection on the worldwide Amazon online catalog. The tasks handled by this group have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and online user experience.

Roles and Responsibility

ASIN Productivity program is an initiative to improve ASIN Buyable, discoverability and add carton conversion by systematically improve catalog quality and enrichment for all Retail & 3P selections. Understanding e-commerce industry and build up business case is very critical to the role. As a data analysis SME, you are responsible to extrat data and perform analysis, dive deep root causes when data trend is not normal, propose and implement the solution requested by business. Prepare business review like WBR, MBR and QBR. Build up dashboard for internal and external's visibility. You will interact directly with Amazon internal stakeholders , as well as global functional team to provide high quality data analysis with agreed SLAs

Key Performance Areas:

  • Root cause identification

  • Proposal implementation.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' working experience in business problem resolver, troubleshooting, with proved case of success record.

  • SQL specialist,

  • Excellent oral English and Japanese skills

  • Open-minded, creative and proactive thinking

  • Keep curiosity and willing to learn new things

Preferred Qualifications

  • E-commerce relative industry experience.

  • Basic knowledge of in some tech skills, like Python;
